Our Team

This page is a tool to help you tap into each therapist's personal essence and potentially aid you in connecting with a therapist that is suitable for you.  Our therapists each come with their own specialties and strengths.  If you would like to meet with one of our therapists prior to taking the journey with us, feel free to schedule an initial 30-minute consultation session. Our consultation fees are within industry standards. Please be mindful that all consultation fees have to be paid with a credit card on the day of your scheduled appointment. Again, we look forward to aiding you in your journey.

Letitia Laurien, LCSW, ACS

Specialties:  Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management

My style is based on non-traditional, collaborative, strengths-based approaches that help a person recognize how to use what they already possess to move forward. The forms of therapy used in sessions include reality therapy, cinematherapy, creative and expressive arts, walk and talk therapy, the art of meditation, and more.

I use mindfulness techniques as a form of healing. Practice assignments are given between sessions to help you get to a state of independence as it relates to your own mental health.  I help my clients remain strong even in the dark places of their lives.  We work collaboratively to help find resolve and uncover the hidden parts of you that are healthy, strong, and resilient.  I would be honored to help you achieve the clarity, confidence, and joy that you are seeking; and, we will have fun along the way.

Jamie Bledsoe, LCSW

Specialties:  Life Transitions, Adjustment Issues, Christian Counseling

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. I am inspired by growth because it never fails to bring positive change. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
