EMPOWERMENT GROUPS ARE HERE !!!

Girls & Women

 

A 12-week group with a focus on creativity and empowerment

 

 

Goals:

 

• Learn creative ways to expand your self-esteem & connection with yourself

• Learn to be more intentional and make more powerful choices in your life

• To build relationships with like-minded women for support and accountability

 

Specifications:

 

• Participants will need a journal

• Art supplies will be provided

• Action- method techniques will be used (i.e. art therapy, mindfulness)

 

$20 per session

 

Must Register by Feb. 01. 2019
